How much does shipping cost? 

 

 

Currently, Inspire Baby Wear offers FREE shipping for any purchases over $60 Australia wide! For any purchases under $60 we charge a flat shipping rate of $6.99 within Australia. We also offer express shipping within Australia for $12.95 for those who would like to receive their items sooner.

 

 

We offer FREE shipping for any orders over $100 outside of Australia. We charge a flat shipping rate of $18.99 for all orders under $100 that are shipped outside of Australia.

 

 

 

 

 

How long does shipping take?

 

 

All orders are shipped using Australia Post and can take 1-5 business days for those within metro areas and 3-10 business days for those outside of the metro area. 

 

 

For all orders outside of Australia please allow 10-25 days to receive your order. Please allow delays due to COVID.

 

 

 

 

 

Do you provide a tracking number?

 

 

Absolutely! All orders have a tracking number. Once the order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number after 48 hours of placing your order please check your “junk” or “spam” mail box. If you still have not received your tracking number please contact us.

 

 

 

 

 

Do you send an invoice?

 

 

Yes. You should receive a tax invoice for your records shortly after you place your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation or invoice from Inspire Baby Wear please check your “junk” or “spam” mail box. If you still have not received an invoice after 48 hours of your purchase, please contact us.

 

 

 

 

 

What happens if I receive the wrong product or if the product is defective? 

 

 

If there are any issues with your product, please contact us at inspirebabywear@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include a picture and proof of purchase. We will issue you a exchange or replacement within 7 days.
